Ernastine Shepherd is 81. The picture of her is current. She is a phenom and role model for us all. Ernastine began exercising at the young age of 56. She is now a fitness instructor, body building competitor and inspiration for older women. Her mantra is “Determined, Dedicated, Disciplined to be Fit”. At one point – and mind you, this was after age 56 – her running log posted over 80 miles per week on average. I don’t recall hitting that number at ANY point in my training career. Truly an inspiration. If Ernastine can do it, so can we all. She radiates health because she found the right program for herself and committed herself to it. What is your exercise passion?
