Midlife is a time of intense change; of reflection but also of looking toward the future. Experience has taught us so much. We’ve achieved, failed, gained and lost. Now is the time to use all that we’ve learned to create our next chapter.
Our signature program, Maximizing Midlife is an 8-week intensive course in identifying your personal strengths, setting vision and achieving progress in moving forward. It is tailored to women going through transition, whether newly emptying nesting, hormone chaos, relationship changes or other.
