Welcome to the program. You are going to learn so much.
b-untethered lives at the intersection of science + soul. You will learn to feed your mind positive stuff, and then add some menopause math, like 40/30/30. Plus 70% front loading. Then 3 HIIT.

Teach:able, this is your e-learning platform and is like basecamp. Here is where all of the videos and handouts are housed that you will watch each week as well as HIIT and strength downloadable classes.
There are roughly 30 videos, each between 8-15 minutes long.
The goal is to watch 1 video per day for 6 weeks (30 days).
Community: You will receive an invitation email to our transform 6 Facebook community. Here you will receive additional program information, ideas, and inspiration.
You will not be doing this alone.
rule meno™ app: this is our personalized macronutrient diet and tracking device where you will input some personal information (held in strictest confidence by b-untethered) and receive your own tailored plan.
T6 Weekly Calls. While the program is on-demand, through video and handouts, and allows you to move at your own pace, we hold weekly cohort meetings so that you can connect with others and ask questions of the b-untethered staff.
