Motivation to do hard or adventurous things: I’m motivated by my desire to stay fit and active and get outside my comfort zone.
Weekly fitness routine: I attend OTF 4-5 times a week and walk 6-8 miles 6-7 times a week. Paddle board when weather permits and hike 1 week when schedule allows.
Favorite way to stay active: HIIT training is my favorite, sup, pickleball, walking, hiking.
Unique Nutrition Features: No real unique nutrition , everything in moderation.
Favorite Adventure Product: I have recently started to listening to podcasts which I’m really enjoying.
What hobbies bring you joy: I enjoy anything outside, hiking, walking, sup, live music and being with friends.

Motivation to do hard or adventurous things: I want to grow older in grace & strength so I can be healthy for my future grandkids. I also love doing and seeing new places, people, and parts of the world.
Weekly fitness routine: Strength training 3 times a week. Walking or hiking 3-4 times a week.
Favorite way to stay active: I enjoy yoga and we sometimes play pickleball as a family. Walking with friends is my favorite.
Unique Nutrition Features: I try to eat fermented foods regularly – sourdough bread, homemade sauerkraut & raw milk.
Favorite Adventure Product: I finally got hiking poles and they make a world of difference by giving you an arm workout, more stability in rocky terrain, and better distribution of weight for a full body workout!
What hobbies bring you joy: Travel, exploring creation, and good food & meaningful discussions with great friends.
